I've been going to Joe's since 2003. First of all, it's the quality of the dog--not just the price and in the Occidental alley, you will get lots of people crying "discount!".
As a matter of fact, his neighbors are constantly trying to undercut his pricing. That's because they would like to sway a few from the ever growing line which forms at his stall. The faithful line up regardless because they know the difference.
His baseball/football & soccer themed dogs; affectionately named after our beloved players draw a loyal fan base. Every now and again you will hear his signature battle cry..."will you look at the size of that one...!"
I recommend the spicy link with grilled onions and cream cheese! Ay-yay-yay!
Make Joe's your first stop before heading into the game and paying for overpriced mediocre food. -

Went here before the Mariners game with my husband and it was so good! We were looking for somewhere nearby to grab something to eat & I saw the reviews for this place so we decided to try it out. Best decision! Reasonably priced, friendly staff & delicious hot dogs! My husband got the spicy hot dog "Seattle style" and I got the regular hot dog "Seattle style" as well (grilled onions & cream cheese on it) it was SO good! Glad we decided to try this place out, will definitely come again next time we go to a Mariners game.

Had a great hot dog here before a Mariners game in early July. Good quality, fair price, quick line, good quality. Well done guys -- highly recommend!

This will be my first stop from here on out, before attending a Mariners game!
I had the Griffey (footlong 1/2lb) with grilled onions and cream cheese. Delicious. Nice snap, a tad bit of char, just what a hotdog should be!
The only way to improve on it, would have been if there had been some mayo out with ketchup and mustard choices. I like mayo on my dogs. And maybe, offer bacon on em too.
Cant wait to come back!
